About Elevatech Network
Elevatech Network is a nonprofit educational organisation on a mission to break barriers into tech.
We exist for the recent graduates, the career changers, the immigrants navigating a new system, and the self-taught professionals who have the talent but haven’t yet had the opportunity. Through free community support, practical skills training, mentoring, and our flagship annual event, Elevatech Summit London, we are building the most accessible pathway into tech careers in the UK.
Founded by tech professionals who understood firsthand what it means to face barriers to entry, Elevatech Network was built not just to inspire people, but to equip them. Every workshop, every mentoring session, every summit stage moment is designed to produce one outcome: real career progress for real people.
We are community-driven, volunteer-powered, and unapologetically inclusive.
To help early-career adults and recent graduates in the UK, especially those facing the greatest barriers, build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to transition into meaningful tech careers.
A UK tech industry that truly reflects the diversity of the people who live here, where your background, postcode, accent, or immigration status is never the reason you don’t make it.
We don't add inclusion as an afterthought. Everything we build, our programmes, our events, our community, starts with the people who have the furthest to go and the least support to get there.
1We measure success in career transitions, job offers, skills gained, and confidence built.
2Quality career support should not be a luxury. Our workshops, resources, mentoring, and community are free or heavily subsidised, because the barrier should never be money.
3Tech can be cutthroat. Elevatech isn't. We believe the people in the room are your greatest resource, and we actively build a culture of generosity, collaboration, and genuine support.
4We are not just helping people get their first tech role. We are building a community that grows together, from breaking in, to levelling up, to eventually owning the table. That is the Elevatech journey.
5Our annual summit is the heartbeat of the Elevatech community. What started as a networking and meetup for people breaking into tech has grown into something much bigger, a movement.
Each year, Elevatech Summit London brings together speakers, founders, recruiters, and hundreds of ambitious professionals for a day that consistently shifts trajectories. The conversations are honest. The speakers are practitioner-level. The energy in the room is unlike anything else on the UK tech calendar.
Edition Two, 8th August 2026 at Magdalen Hall, London is built around the theme The Ownership Era: Build. Invest. Lead. Because the Elevatech community has done the work to break in. Now it’s time to own what comes next.
Elevatech Network is powered by a team of volunteers, mentors, and tech professionals who give their time because they believe in what this community represents. We are practitioners, not just advocates. Many of us were once in the same position as the people we now support, and that is precisely why we do this.
Elevatech Network is a nonprofit organisation. All programmes and community support are delivered free or at subsidised cost. We are proudly supported by sponsors and partners who share our belief that talent is everywhere, and opportunity should be too.
