Francis Osifo is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience building, fundraising for, and scaling venture-backed startups. He is the co-founder of Rayda, a company that enables global businesses to buy, manage, and recycle IT equipment across 170+ countries, He enjoys helping founders build operationally sound companies from the earliest stages.
Francis is an alumnus of Y Combinator and Techstars, having collectively raised over $47 million in venture funding. His fundraising experience spans early-stage validation, institutional venture rounds, and growth-stage capital, giving him deep insight into what investors look for in compelling founder narratives and pitch execution.
Beyond operating companies, Francis is an active angel investor with investments in over 50 startups. He mentors founders through Google for Startups Africa and Founder Institute, and is the founder of the OFO Fellowship, where he supports early-stage founders with practical guidance on pitching, fundraising readiness, and execution.
